Choice of<br>cheeses \u2013 tropical fruits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore the surrounding area in an inflatable boat, paddle board, or two-seater kayak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner on board or on the beach. (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will sail for 45 minutes towards Nargana \u2013 R\u00edo Diablo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They can visit the community or go upriver on the local boat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner on board or at a local restaurant (at the customer's expense)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>Day 4 (end of the 3-day cruise)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breakfast on board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return flight to Panama City (45 minutes) departing at 09:00 from San Blas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local hotel\/airport\/hotel transfer available upon request (additional cost)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 4 (for the full 6-day cruise)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They will sail towards the large reef bank west of the Dutch Cays. (Miriyadup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anchorage and they will be able to play volleyball with the Gunas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Great place for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunch on board or on the beach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will be able to explore the reef outside the barrier (weather permitting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner on board and bonfire on the beach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They will navigate the area of \u200b\u200bCayo Guanidup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will visit the traditional community of Mormakeutupu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The creators of molas will meet in their homes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will meet the community leader (if one is found)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will be able to buy local crafts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunch on board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will sail from this area to Isla Verde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner on board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last day of this beautiful anchorage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sometimes spotted eagle stripes are observed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One of the most beautiful places for snorkeling in the Western Caribbean is north of this island (weather permitting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunch on board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will be able to go and collect shells on the beach of the small islet south of the anchorage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will sail towards the Sacred Heart of Jesus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will visit the local community: school, houses, \"sahilatura\" (a local cultural center), bar with billiards, etc\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner on board or at the local restaurant (at the customer's expense)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breakfast on board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9:00 am: Return flight to Panama, landing at 9:45 am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>&nbsp;The captain may decide to change this itinerary at any time based on their personal assessment of the situation (weather conditions, etc.).
