The Guna indigenous people are famous for their <strong>springs<\/strong>A mola, a traditional textile art. The mola is a sewn panel with complex, multi-layered designs using the reverse appliqu\u00e9 technique. In the Guna language (dulegaya), mola means \u201cclothing\u201d or \u201cblouse.\u201d The complete garment includes a skirt (<strong>saburet<\/strong>), a red and yellow headscarf (<strong>like<\/strong>), arm and leg bracelets (<strong>the winner<\/strong>), a gold ring in his nose (<strong>olasu<\/strong>) and earrings (<strong>dulemor<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molas originated from the tradition of painting bodies with geometric designs and then transferring them to fabric. Today, in addition to geometric designs, realistic and abstract representations of flowers, animals, birds, and the sea are created.
