Shared cruise itinerary, San Blas Panama

Day 1 

Flight from Panama City to Corazón de Jesús (San Blas) lasting 45 minutes, taking off at 08:00 am

  • Welcome aboard from your Guna crew
  • 1 to 2 hours sailing towards the Dutch Cays
  • Anchor in turquoise waters: swim, snorkel and relax on the beach
  • Lunch prepared with the day's catch (fish, lobsters,
    giant crabs, etc.) and/or meat with rice or vegetables. Choice of
    cheeses – tropical fruits
  • Explore the surrounding area in an inflatable boat, paddle board, or two-seater kayak
  • Dinner on board or on the beach. Meet other sailors.

Day 2

  • Breakfast. 1.5 hour sailing trip to Camgombia Island or Mordbedup: handicrafts (molas, uinnis, etc.).
  • Complete preparation of coconut rice with the natives: grate
    Coconut first! Lunch based on your own preparation + salads and
    a lot more
  • Snorkeling on the reefs or fishing with the natives
  • Dinner on board – followed by a bonfire party on the beach

Day 3

  • Breakfast
  • They will sail for 1 hour towards the Coco Bandero island group
  • Beautiful place for snorkeling, kayaking or paddle boarding
  • Lunch – more lobster and crab! (if available)
  • They will sail for 45 minutes towards Nargana – Río Diablo
  • They can visit the community or go upriver on the local boat
  • Dinner on board or at a local restaurant (at the customer's expense)

Day 4 (end of the 3-day cruise)

  • Breakfast on board
  • Return flight to Panama City (45 minutes) departing at 09:00 from San Blas.
  • Local hotel/airport/hotel transfer available upon request (additional cost)

Day 4 (for the full 6-day cruise)

  • They will sail towards the large reef bank west of the Dutch Cays. (Miriyadup)
  • Anchorage and they will be able to play volleyball with the Gunas
  • Great place for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding
  • Lunch on board or on the beach
  • They will be able to explore the reef outside the barrier (weather permitting)
  • Dinner on board and bonfire on the beach

Day 5

  • They will navigate the area of ​​Cayo Guanidup
  • They will visit the traditional community of Mormakeutupu
  • The creators of molas will meet in their homes
  • They will meet the community leader (if one is found)
  • They will be able to buy local crafts
  • Lunch on board
  • They will sail from this area to Isla Verde.
  • Dinner on board

Day 6

  • Last day of this beautiful anchorage
  • Sometimes spotted eagle stripes are observed
  • One of the most beautiful places for snorkeling in the Western Caribbean is north of this island (weather permitting).
  • Lunch on board
  • They will be able to go and collect shells on the beach of the small islet south of the anchorage
  • They will sail towards the Sacred Heart of Jesus
  • They will visit the local community: school, houses, "sahilatura" (a local cultural center), bar with billiards, etc…
  • Dinner on board or at the local restaurant (at the customer's expense)

Day 7

  • Breakfast on board
  • 9:00 am: Return flight to Panama, landing at 9:45 am
